1. Nature of the service
DentaSage is an independent online dental guidance and second-opinion service provided by Dr Chitra Sood (BDS, Registration No. 1430A). It offers information, education and professional opinion to help you understand dental concerns and treatment options. DentaSage is not a dental clinic and does not provide hands-on dental treatment.
2. Not a substitute for in-person care
All guidance provided through DentaSage is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for an in-person dental examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified dentist. A consultation through DentaSage does not create a clinical doctor–patient relationship for hands-on care.
3. No diagnosis, prescription or emergency care
DentaSage does not provide formal diagnosis, prescribe medicines, carry out procedures, or manage dental emergencies. Any diagnosis, prescription or treatment requires an in-person examination by a licensed dental practitioner.
4. Second opinions are advisory
Opinions are advisory and are based on the information, reports and images you provide. They are intended to help you make informed decisions together with your treating dentist. Final decisions about your care remain with you and your treating dentist.
5. Accuracy of information
The quality of guidance depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you share. DentaSage is not responsible for guidance affected by incomplete, inaccurate or withheld information.
6. No guarantee of outcomes
While guidance is provided with professional care and skill, DentaSage makes no warranty or guarantee regarding any particular result, outcome, cost saving, or the suitability of any treatment.
7. Third-party services
Scheduling and payments are handled by third-party providers (for example, Cal ID and Razorpay). DentaSage is not responsible for the operation, availability, security or policies of these third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

This website may contain links to external websites. DentaSage does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any external site.

1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DentaSage website (dentasage.in) and its services. By using this website or booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Disclaimer above.
2. The service
DentaSage provides online dental guidance, education and second-opinion consultations conducted over a call. It is not a dental clinic and does not provide clinical treatment, diagnosis, prescriptions or emergency care (see Disclaimer).
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to book a session. A session concerning a minor must be booked and attended by a parent or legal guardian.
4. Bookings & consultations
Sessions are booked through our scheduling partner. You select an available time slot and provide accurate contact details, including a phone number on which the consultation call will take place at the scheduled time.
5. Fees & payment
- An introductory chat may be offered free of charge, at DentaSage's discretion, via WhatsApp.
- Paid sessions are priced as displayed at the time of booking (for example, Second-opinion consultation ₹499; Detailed treatment-plan review ₹999), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is collected at the time of booking through our payment partner (Razorpay). A session is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.
6. Rescheduling, cancellations & refunds
- You may reschedule up to 12 hours before your session at no charge, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a refund, less any payment-gateway charges.
- Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed sessions ("no-shows"), are non-refundable.
- If Dr Chitra needs to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to be available on the provided number at the scheduled time, and to use the service lawfully and respectfully. Recording of a session without prior consent is not permitted.
8. No clinical relationship
Use of the service does not establish a clinical doctor–patient relationship for hands-on treatment. All guidance is advisory, as set out in the Disclaimer.
9. Confidentiality & privacy
Information you share is treated as confidential and is used only to provide the service. By using the service you consent to the collection and processing of your details for this purpose. DentaSage does not sell your personal data.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, the DentaSage name and logo — is owned by DentaSage and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DentaSage and Dr Chitra Sood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on any guidance provided. In all cases, total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fee paid for the relevant session.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DentaSage and Dr Chitra Sood against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.
13. Changes to these terms
DentaSage may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes take effect when published on this page, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Guwahati, Assam shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service.
